Returns policy

Please ensure that you return your item (s) in a re-saleable condition and within 14 days of purchasing. In the original packaging and with labels still attached.

All items being returned for an exchange or refund must be sent postage paid. This is why we recommend you ensure the correct size is ordered at the checkout.

We recommend using Royal Mail signed for service to ensure the parcel arrives safely back to us. Strictly Dancing cannot be responsible for parcels sent standard and that get lost in transit.

All items returned need to be paid at your own cost.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept for return- Tights, underwear, socks, hair nets, hair pins and hair grips.

We cannot accept the return if:

  • Items returned after 14 days from the original invoice date.
  • Items not in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items that have been worn.
  • Incorrectly washed garments.
  • Sale items.
